Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These conditions govern access to and consultation of the manuarti.it website. Consulting the website means accepting them. Anyone who does not agree with them is invited not to use it.
1. Who runs the website
The website is published jointly by UAI Firenze and UAI Livorno, the implementing bodies of the two MANUARTI projects co-financed by the Regione Toscana (the Tuscany regional authority) pursuant to L.R. n. 10/2025. The identifying data of the joint controllers are in the Legal Notices. Contact: team@manuarti.it.
2. What the website offers
MANUARTI makes available, free of charge and without registration, editorial content on craftsmanship and on the productions of the Tuscan territory: pages dedicated to the crafts, to the territories, to the enterprises participating in the projects, and a magazine.
The website is not a shop. It does not display prices, it does not allow orders to be placed, it handles neither payments nor shipping. The producers' pages have an informative and valorisation purpose and do not constitute an offer to the public nor a contractual proposal.
3. Access
Access is free. No registration is required, there are no user accounts, no reserved content is provided for. No fee is payable.
4. How the website may be used
It is permitted to consult, read, print and quote the content for personal use and for the purposes of study, research, news reporting and criticism, indicating the source.
It is not permitted to:
- reproduce or redistribute the content on other websites or media without written authorisation;
- use the content for commercial or advertising purposes;
- extract texts, images or data in a systematic and automated manner in order to constitute databases or to train systems;
- interfere with the operation of the website, attempt unauthorised access, subject it to abnormal loads or to attempts to circumvent its protections;
- present oneself as MANUARTI or imply a relationship of participation, partnership or sponsorship that does not exist.
The complete rules on intellectual property are in the Legal Notices.
5. Spontaneous communications
The website hosts no contact forms. Anyone who wishes to write does so to the email address indicated. Communications received are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No reply is guaranteed to unsolicited promotional communications, to generic commercial proposals or to messages whose content is unrelated to the purposes of the projects.
6. Expressions of interest from enterprises
Enterprises intending to join the network express their interest to the relevant local UAI office, which coordinates with the project team the verification of the requirements and the onboarding. An expression of interest gives rise to no right to be included: participation is subject to verification of the requirements, to the availability of places within the co-financed plan and to the assessment of the implementing bodies. A profile is published only after the content has been approved by the enterprise concerned.
7. Content relating to the enterprises
The profiles of the enterprises are drawn up on the basis of the material supplied by the enterprises themselves and of public sources, and are submitted to the enterprise before publication. The enterprise is responsible for the truthfulness of what it supplies and for the ownership of the materials it delivers, in particular photographs, videos and trade marks.
The enterprise may at any time request the correction or the removal of its profile by writing to team@manuarti.it. Removal is carried out within a reasonable time, without prejudice to the retention obligations connected with the reporting of the public contribution.
8. Links to Tuscany Market Hub and to other websites
The links to the Tuscany Market Hub marketplace and to the websites of the partners and of the enterprises lead to distinct websites, run by distinct parties, with their own terms and their own privacy notices. Any purchase is concluded on those websites and in accordance with their conditions: the joint controllers of MANUARTI are not party to that contract and are not liable for its performance.
9. Availability and amendments
The joint controllers endeavour to ensure that the website is continuously reachable, but they do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or malfunctions. They reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove content and sections at any time, and to update these conditions. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of last update at the top.
10. Liability
The content is prepared with care but is provided for information purposes. The joint controllers are not liable for damages arising from the use or the failure to use the information published, save in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and within the mandatory limits of the law. Nothing in these conditions limits the rights that the law confers on consumers.
11. Personal data
Reference is made to the Privacy Policy and to the Cookie Policy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. The courts of Firenze have jurisdiction over disputes; if the user is a consumer within the meaning of D.Lgs. 206/2005, jurisdiction remains with the court of their place of residence or elected domicile, if located in Italy.
