2. The public contribution
The MANUARTI projects are co-financed by the Regione Toscana (the Tuscany regional authority) and carried out with the contribution of the Consiglio Regionale (the Regional Council) pursuant to L.R. n. 10/2025. The reference to the contribution and to the competent implementing body appears in the footer of every section of the website, according to the territory concerned.
3. What this website does and what it does not do
MANUARTI is a showcase website of an editorial and institutional nature. It tells the story of the artisan crafts and of the productions of the territory, and dedicates a page to the enterprises participating in the projects.
MANUARTI does not sell. It does not display prices, it has no cart, it does not collect orders, it does not take payments. The producers' pages have the purpose of making them known and of valorising them: they do not constitute an offer to the public within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Codice civile (the Italian Civil Code), nor a contractual proposal.
Where the products of a business can be purchased online, the website links to the Tuscany Market Hub marketplace (tuscanymarkethub.it), which is a distinct website, with its own operator, its own terms of sale and its own privacy notice. The contractual purchase relationship is established there, and not here.
The website is not a press publication registered pursuant to legge 8 febbraio 1948 n. 47: it is updated without any predetermined periodicity and does not constitute an editorial product within the meaning of legge 7 marzo 2001 n. 62.
4. Intellectual property
The name MANUARTI, the logo, the graphic design, the structure of the pages and the editorial texts — the pages of the crafts, the pages of the territories, the profiles of the producers, the articles of the magazine — are works of intellectual creation and are protected by legge 22 aprile 1941 n. 633 and by the national and international rules on copyright.
The photographs and videos published in the profiles of the businesses are supplied by the businesses themselves, or produced within the framework of the projects: in both cases they remain the property of their respective authors or rights holders, and are published on this website by virtue of a release for use. The trade marks of the businesses featured, of the partners and of the parties mentioned belong to their respective proprietors and are reproduced here for identification and descriptive purposes.
It is permitted to consult the website, to print its pages and to quote passages from it for personal use and for the purposes of study, research or news reporting, on condition that the source is indicated and that the sense of what is quoted is not altered. It is not permitted, without written authorisation, to:
- reproduce, republish or distribute the texts or the images on other websites, publications or media;
- use the content for commercial or advertising purposes;
- extract texts, images or data in a systematic manner, including by automated tools, in order to constitute databases or to train systems;
- use the MANUARTI name and logo in such a way as to suggest a participation, a partnership or a sponsorship that do not exist.
Requests for authorisation are to be sent to team@manuarti.it.
5. Links to other websites
The website contains links to external websites: the marketplace of the project, the websites of the associations and of the partners, the websites of the enterprises featured. Such links are offered as a service to the reader. The joint controllers exercise no control over the content of the destination websites and are not liable for them, nor for their policies on personal data.
Linking to MANUARTI from other websites is free, provided that it is done towards the page in its entirety, without framing it within other parties' frames and without creating confusion as to the origin of the content.
6. Accuracy of the content and limitation of liability
The information published is prepared with care and verified as at the date of publication. The accounts of the businesses are drawn up on the basis of the material supplied by the businesses themselves and of public sources, and are submitted to the business before publication.
Nonetheless, addresses, opening hours, contact details, availability of products and company structures may change over time. The joint controllers do not guarantee that every piece of information is at all times up to date, complete and free from errors, and are not liable for any damages arising from the use or the failure to use the information contained in the website, save in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Anyone who notices an inaccuracy — all the more so if it concerns their own enterprise — may report it to team@manuarti.it: the correction is dealt with as a priority.
7. Continuity of the service
The website is delivered through third-party infrastructure. The joint controllers endeavour to ensure that it is continuously reachable, but they do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, suspensions for maintenance or malfunctions beyond their control.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
9. Applicable law
These legal notices are governed by Italian law. The courts of Firenze have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction laid down by law, including the consumer's court of jurisdiction.
